Shipping & Delivery
- Once your order has been placed, it will be scheduled for production. Average production times are 2-3 weeks. Once your product has been produced it will be shipped via best route carrier. In some cases on lighter weight products we will ship via UPS whereas for larger heavier products we will send via carrier. Free shipping is only valid for orders placed via the Midwest Tropical website that are shipping within the contiguous United States. The contiguous United States are the 48 U.S. states on the continent of North America that are south of Canada, plus the District of Columbia. Excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico.

- Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 30 day exchange opportunity for products purchased via our website. If you would like to return or exchange your product, sending goods back to Midwest Tropical Inc will be the responsibility of the customer except when a product is determined to be defective and covered under warranty. Products must be returned in like new condition and issued an RMA in advance by a customer service rep. If you would like return credit within 14 days from receiving your order, we will issue credit for the product minus shipping and handling and apply an additional 15% restocking fee. For exchanges, no restocking fee will apply.
