How We Handle Shipping
Once you place your order, our team will process it and schedule it for hand-crafting. Each water feature undergoes a rigorous water testing process to ensure it functions perfectly before it’s packed and shipped. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery, as we take the time to craft and test each piece with care.
We select the most appropriate shipping method based on the size and weight of your order:
- For smaller or lighter items, we use FedEx Ground for reliable and timely delivery.
- For larger or heavier orders, we utilize freight LTL carriers to ensure safe transportation.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.
We offer free shipping on certain items placed throughout our website, but please note that this applies only to deliveries within the contiguous United States. This includes the 48 states and Washington D.C., but excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico.
Returns & Replacements
30-Day Return or Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on products bought through our website. To start, please contact our customer service team at (847) 679-6666 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number—returns without an RMA won’t be accepted.
- Products must be in "like new" condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- You’ll cover the shipping costs, unless the product is defective and covered under warranty.
- For returns within 14 days of receipt, we’ll issue a credit minus shipping and handling, with a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges have no restocking fee.
- For defective items, reach out to us for warranty claim assistance.
